Adjustable micrometer - doctor blade Electrode film coating - 150mm width

DB150MM is a doctor blade used for thickness control for electrode film coating machine. Thickness of the coating can be adjusted using two analog micrometers located at the two sides of the device. Optional digital meter is available.

• Built in the slurry guiding plate to make coating material evenly distributed ahead blade.
• Make wet film thickness between 10 - 5000 microns.
• Micrometer head's controllable accuracy is 10 microns.
